Hi Peeps,

I hope that you are all doing well.

I know that today was meant to be a Christian blog post (apologies for that!) I am working on one and writing about something else will really mess up my planned posts for the rest of the year.

But I wanted to share something else today, something that is on my heart, and itโ€™s something that may help others too.

Back in 2005 (ish), I decided that I wanted to lose weight as I was far too big. I didnโ€™t want to start it in January because it wasnโ€™t a resolution I was making so I started in the April. I got myself a personal trainer and achieved my weight loss goal (yay!), then I was inspired to train to be a personal trainer myself, which I did. I also taught several fitness classes that I enjoyed doing and allโ€ฆ
